To me this is a story of a seemingly regular guy, albeit emotionally very dull, who has fate very much against him. But, not in the more popularly depicted ways of one big event being against you. It’s all these unimportant small little actions and events that accumulate. <br/><br/>Absolutely loved reading this book and had to really pace myself from not reading it cover to cover, but instead read it chapter by chapter.
